Refund policy

 We have a Free 15-day exchange only policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange. All purchases final after 15 days.  International orders are all final sale. We offer one free return label per order. Additional return labels will cost $5.90. 

Returns must be shipped (received by the post office) back to us within 7 days of receiving your return label. If your items are returned beyond the specified return times, you have the option to have your items shipped back to you, at your expense or receive a store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your name and order number.

Starting a return. You can create/login to your account and request an exchange and email us at info@monarchenoir.com Once the exchange request is approved, customers will receive a free shipping label via email. Exchanges will be issued once your items are received. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back without appropriate packaging (dustbags) will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
